Fix Outlook for A2 Hosting

  1. In Outlook, go to the top menu and select File-->Info-->Account Settings
  2. Click on the email address.
  3. Note under the Type column whether it is POP3 or IMAP.
  4. Click “Change”
  5. Change Incoming and Outgoing mail servers both to ssr21.supercp.com
  6. Click on “More Settings…”
  7. On the tab “Outgoing Server” make sure the box next to “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication” is checked
  8. On the tab “Advanced” change the “Incoming server” port to 993 (if the account is type IMAP) or 995 (if the account is type POP3)
  9. Make sure the box next to “This server requires an encrypted connection” is checked
  10. Change the “Outgoing server (SMTP)” port to 465
  11. Use the dropdown box labeled “Use the following type of encrypted connection” to choose the option SSL
  12. Click OK
  13. Click Next> and wait for two green checkmarks indicating successful send and receive
  14. Click Finish
  15. Perform a send/receive of the email
