Fix Outlook for A2 Hosting

- In Outlook, go to the top menu and select File-->Info-->Account Settings
- Click on the email address.
- Note under the Type column whether it is POP3 or IMAP.
- Click “Change”
- Change Incoming and Outgoing mail servers both to ssr21.supercp.com
- Click on “More Settings…”
- On the tab “Outgoing Server” make sure the box next to “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication” is checked
- On the tab “Advanced” change the “Incoming server” port to 993 (if the account is type IMAP) or 995 (if the account is type POP3)
- Make sure the box next to “This server requires an encrypted connection” is checked
- Change the “Outgoing server (SMTP)” port to 465
- Use the dropdown box labeled “Use the following type of encrypted connection” to choose the option SSL
- Click OK
- Click Next> and wait for two green checkmarks indicating successful send and receive
- Click Finish
- Perform a send/receive of the email
